  • Fall Shred Events

This year, it became necessary for us to cancel Burnsville's Fall Household Hazardous Waste Event and Eagan's Annual Spring Shred Event in order to minimize risk of transferring COVID-19. However, both cities will still be hosting document destruction services, offered by Randy's Sanitation. Documents will be shredded on-site, as Randy's Sanitation is dedicated to the safe and secure shredding of confidential documents. **Please continue to follow the State of Minnesota's requirement that we wear masks and stay socially distanced from one another during this event.**

  • Updates Around DVR

     Happy Fall!

With many local drop-off events becoming cancelled or postponed, it can be difficult to know where to go with old or unwanted items. Though there have been inevitable changes in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, DVR has tried it's best to continue as many collection and drop-off events as possible. Below is information on events and collections offered this fall. These include the times and locations for 2020 Paper Shredding events, Pumpkin Composting, and Shoe Recycling opportunities. Please join us in collecting and diverting waste from the landfill - masked and socially-distanced style!
