Plastics #1-7 (i.e., bottles, cups, food containers, tubs, bowls, jugs)

NO Styrofoam

NO containers that held hazardous products (e.g., motor oil, pesticides)

Glass

Glass bottles and jars

NO drinking glasses, mugs, dishes, cookware, pottery or vases
NO window or mirror glass
NO light bulbs
NO containers that held hazardous products (e.g., nail polish, hobby paint)

Metal

Aluminum, steel and tin cans
Aluminum foil (clean foil only; NO food residue)
Aluminum trays and pie tins (clean trays only; NO food residue)

NO aerosol cans
NO scrap metal items

Paper

Paper: Newspaper, inserts, magazines, junk mail, envelopes, office/school paper, phone books, paper bags
