Household Hazardous Waste: Aerosols, Auto Batteries, Cleaners, Fire Extinguishers, Fluorescent Lights, Gasoline, Latex Paint, Lawn Chemicals, Oil Based Paint, Pesticides, Propane Cylinders, Rechargeable Batteries, Thermostats, Used Oil/Filters, Most Products Labeled: “Dangerous”/ “Corrosive”/ “Flammable”/ “Poison”/ “Combustible”
Electronics: Computers, Monitors, Small Home Printers, Fax Machines, Televisions, VCR/DVD Players, Stereo Equipment, Cell Phones, Computer Keyboards, Battery Backups, Other Misc. Electronics
Lawn Mowers, Pressure Washers and Misc. Power Tools (fluids must be drained)
Scrap Metal
Bicycles: will be donated to be refurbished or disassembled for parts
Document Destruction (Documents confidentially destroyed by a certified shredding company)
Accepted Items: computer paper, copy paper, envelopes, letterhead, notepad/legal paper, fax paper, junk mail, file folders, phone message notes, paper clips and staples DO NOT have to be removed
Non-acceptable Items: carbon paper, laminated paper, phone books, magazines, tissue paper, rubber bands, metal binders, hard-cover books, plastics, cardboard, boxes

Appliances $7: Washers/Dryers, Water Heaters, Water Softeners, Air Conditioners, Garbage Disposals, Trash Compactors, Ranges/Stoves, Refrigerators/Freezers, Furnaces, Microwaves, Dehumidifiers, Dishwashers, Heat Pumps, etc.
Tires $2 and up
Cash and Checks ONLY.
Checks for Appliances made payable to Certified Appliance.
Checks for tires made payable to the City of Burnsville.
