DVR is the partnership recycling department for the Cities of Apple Valley, Eagan and Burnsville
that connects residents and businesses to recycling, composting and waste disposal information.
America Recycles Day (November 15)
Started in 1997, America Recycles Day is a nationally recognized day dedicated to encouraging Americans to recycle and buy recycled products. Hundreds of events are held across the U.S. to raise awareness about the importance of recycling and to encourage Americans to sign personal pledges to recycle and buy recycled products.
