Dakota Valley Recycling

DVR is the partnership recycling department for the Cities of Apple Valley, Eagan and Burnsville
that connects residents and businesses to recycling, composting and waste disposal information.

City Information

The Cities of Apple Valley, Burnsville, and Eagan, MN come together to form a partnership recycling program called Dakota Valley Recycling.  It is through a joint powers agreement between the three cities that this unique "department" exists.  City staff form an efficient and cost effective partnership and serve as a resource for residents and businesses, providing information on recycling, waste disposal, composting and sustainability.
