Where can I get a new recycling bin?
Whether your current bin is cracked or missing, or you just moved into the area, getting a new recycling bin is easy. Just follow the instructions below for your city. You may throw your old bin in the trash.
Burnsville Residents
Contact your garbage hauler and they will
drop one off free of charge, or you can pick up a new bin for free at the City Hall front desk, 100 Civic Center Parkway. Hours Mondays: 8am to 7pm Tuesdays - Fridays: 8am to 4:30pm Eagan Residents

Apple Valley Residents
You may pick up a recycling bin at Apple Valley Municipal Center, 7100 West 147th St, between the hours of
8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
